This is a very simple version of mashed cauliflower. For more flavor, add butter, cream, whatever your heart desires!

Ingredients

4 cups cauliflower florets

1 tbsp grated Romano cheese

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Boil the florets
- Drain well
- With a potato masher, mash all the pieces up until the consistency is similar to lumpy mashed potatoes
- Add cheese, salt, and pepper and stir well
