Ingredients

  • 9 oz frozen artichoke hearts
  • 2 scallions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp white wine

Directions

  1. Thaw artichoke hearts and pat with paper towels to remove excess moisture
  2. Finely mince the garlic and slice the scallions
  3. Heat butter in a non-stick pan
  4. Add garlic and scallions and cook till soft
  5. Add artichoke hearts, stir well
  6. After the artichokes are cooked through, add wine and continue to cook for about five minutes more
