We started making our own pasta, which is incredibly awesome. But what I really really really need is a Ravioli Stamp. Like those right there. You’d buy it for me at Williams Sonoma if you really really loved me!
Okay, I’m half way kidding about buying it for me, but it would be awesome to have. Currently to make ravioli, I’m hand cutting it, and to be honest it’s just not the greatest. It tastes awesome, but it doesn’t look as pretty as I would like it to. It takes an incredibly long time, as well. And If I can find a way to cut time, I’m all about that.
